Form Details

The forms details section gives your form idendity and provides information that may be useful to the user, as well provides a quite yet useful way of advertising information or your business with the display link option.

Form Name will be displayed in the form reader, as well it will be used as the name of the VSF file that you will compile. The VSF file name and Form Name do not need to match this is just a suggestion by the application.

Publisher is a name you wish to be represented by, usually a business name or department. To the right of the Publisher box there is a button, this button is for digitally signing your form.

Checking the "Display information link" will enable the input boxes Display Text and Destination. If you wish to advertise information or help this is an easy way of doing so. Simply enter a short description in the Display Text field describing the destination. Then enter your destination, usually a live URL.

Form logos are not required but define the form more as your own, simply press the "Find Icon" button to browse. For more information on Icons visit the Forms Icon page.
