This free tool was created to make distribution on large networks with locked down permissions easier, this tool can be used in any means by invoking parameters. SecPerm works similar to the Calcs.exe that Microsoft provides but it uses SecEdit to apply the permissions, as well unlike Calcs.exe it supports changing permissions to file(s), folder(s), and registry settings.
